How To Create Financial Freedom

Creating Financial Freedom Needs Careful Thought

Financial freedom means something different to each and every one of us. To some it means getting out of debt and making lots of money. To others it means achieving a better work/home life whilst to others it can be ceasing living on someone else’s terms. These individuals may already be earning a vast amount of money and living a dream lifestyle but lack the freedom of working on their own terms. They can be ifinancial-freedom1n a comfort zone afraid to take the step to try something more rewarding.

It is a proven fact that the top 10 in demand jobs in 2010 did not exist in 2004. This is as a result of the fast growing success of the internet. There are over 200 million regular users on my space. If my space was a country it would be the 5th largest country in the world (between Indonesia and Brazil).

The internet is so powerful and fast growing that it only took 4 years to reach a market audience of 50 million compared to radio which took 38 years.

The best way to achieve financial freedom on your own terms is to start a business using the internet. By starting an internet business you have a huge global potential customer base to sell to. You can even sell other people’s products and earn a commission, often while you sleep.

Internet businesses are relatively cheap to set up. You can also market your business free on line by using any of the social networking sites like face book and twitter or by article writing. If you choose the best keywords to promote your products or services you can attract a huge amount of customers to your site.

It is important to stress that in any internet business, the same as a bricks and mortar, business you will need to work hard at the beginning to set up your business. Firstly you will need to choose your niche market. There are many different types of business that you can start up.  financial freedom

You could even set up a website selling e books on something that you’re an expert on. For example a builder could write an e book on” how to build an extension…facts you need to know.” The choice is endless.

What is really rewarding is that once you get your website and marketing right you can create a consistent income for yourself. If you find the correct niche market you will enjoy financial success. You will enjoy a more consistent lifestyle instead of a feast, famine, feast, famine one. There is nothing more rewarding that enjoying watching a residual income coming in every month. Often from sales that have been made while you are sleeping.

You can also choose when and how much you work. There is no longer the guilt to be felt when you can’t attend your child’s concert or having to find childcare at short notice when your child is off school sick.

It is a fact that most people today are in a job that they hate but spend their time worrying that they are going to lose it. However people are more worried about losing what they have than taking the step they need to achieve what they really want.

Nothing in life is certain but you will never achieve personal and Financial freedom if you do not take the necessary action. Starting your own business can be extremely rewarding and offers a much easier way of making money.

To succeed in business you will need to adopt a positive mindset, have determination and be focused on achieving your goals. If you adopt a millionaire mindset you will become a millionaire.

It is relatively easy to create a new business and achieve an income on line. Why not turn your entrepreneurial passion into profit and enjoy a better lifestyle for yourself and your family?  Only we ourselves can change our lives for the better as George Bernard Shaw once said:

“Life is not about finding yourself, but about creating yourself and what you want to be?”

Motivation Beyond Belief, Or Is It ?

Nothing Stops To Amaze Me

I clearly remember the days when I was flat broke and desperate.

In fact I never forget how difficult it was to think clearly and what that sick, tight feeling in your stomach felt like when you knew you can’t pay the mortgage or afford to put food on the table.

Deciding to create my own home based online business, with the right support and people surrounding me offering me help if I need it, changed all that, to such an extent that I now offer the same services to individuals all over the world.  need-help-photo

Sally ( a ficticious name for the purpose of this story)  recently contacted me in the hope that I could help her get out of the hole she was in. She claimed she had no money to be able to get started or even to submit and application. Within a few minutes of conversation I got her thinking as to how desperate she really was, how determined and motivated she was towards climbing out of the mess she was in.

By asking a few simple questions between us, we were able to determine that Sally did in fact have numerous options, numerous ways and means of turning her life around far quicker than she thought possible. How I can hear you asking !

Well, first and foremost, never feel to embarrassed to ask for help…. Two minds are always better than one in finding a solution. A fresh open and honest point of view can very often help individuals to see light at the end of the tunnel.

I offered Sally a number of options towards eliminating her debt and being able to create a salary not only to be proud of but one that could be created around the needsebay-logo of her children and from her own home. However, to do so she did require a small amount of money to invest in her new business. Remember what she said at the beginning… ‘she didn’t have any money’……

Well, guess what…..

Sally gathered everyhting she felt she no longer required from within her home, cupboards, garage and garden and sold the items on Ebay raising over $2200.00 dollars ! Wow….

Her determination, motivaiton and williness to succeed paid off. Sally didn’t spend the money on anything other than her new business. With my help she now earns more than she thought she could and inaddition she is one happy working from home mum.

Where There is A Will, There is A Way

My eight year old daughter came up to me the other day and said that she had been thinking of ways to cut down on our bills.

Dish washer

” Rather serious stuff for an eight year old”, I thought, but was eager to hear her out.

“Well daddy”, she said in her cute voice, “do we really need to use the dishwasher every day?” Why can’t we wash the dishes by hand? This would save on electricity and water.” (“Plus it would  save us waiting those endless 2 hours for the cycle to finish in order for us to have knives and forks to eat with” I thought to myself in amusement.)

She then went on to say how  mummy could wash the clothes by hand and that we could make sure all electrical equipment like computers and lights were switched off.

“What good suggestions “I replied “especially if it will make you think before leaving all the lights on like Blackpool illuminations!”

Have we implemented her suggestions? I have to say that even though they were simple suggestions it certainly has made us think.

I have observed that even though there isWashing Clothes not the remotest chance that my wife will resort to washing  the clothes by hand (she would be there until midnight with the amount of washing that we have!).

She has indeed resorted to washing the dishes by hand especially when the dish washer would only have been have full.  She also ensures that she hangs the washing out on the line to dry rather than using the costly tumble drier.

I love the simple things in life and the thought of being more effiicient, yet considering that an average dishwasher uses 2 units of electricity an hour (hence what
would be 4 units used for an average cycle) and a tumble drier uses an average of 4 units per hour.

I cannot wait to compare my next electricity bill to see how, hopefully , these simple changes will have helped to reduce my quarterly bills. As a famous supermarket would say:

“Every little helps!”

The same principle can apply to almost anything, depending on how much you want it. ‘Where there is a will, there is a way’ !

“To get what you never had you must do what you have never done”.

Don’t Be Like a Boiling Frog When Dealing With Debt

Leap Into Action Before It’s Too Late

It is a proven fact that if a frog is placed into cold water and heat is applied at a steady pace until boiling, a frog will remain in the water throughout until it eventually dies. However if a frog is submerged straight into boiling water it will immediately jump out and thus be saved.

This sadly can be applied to many of our everyday lives especially when we are facing debt issues. Like the frog facing a slow death, many of us often know that out debt is escalating out of control but we choose to bury our heads in the sand until it is too late. However when we are eventually faced with the reality i.e. losing our homes and all that we have, then like the frog  in boiling water , we will then choose to take drastic action and jump into action.

There are many routes that can be taken to try to get out of debt .However whichever  of these ways you choose, you will need to evaluate your life and change what you are doing as evidently whatever you are currently doing is not working for you. Failure to do so will result in financial suicide and terminal poverty.

istockphoto_4506983-leaping-frogThe first evaluation needed is to take a look at what is being spent on a daily basis to establish whether any cutbacks can be made to save money. It is surprising how much money can be saved even by ensuring that we only purchase items on our shopping lists and by trying supermarket own brands.

Money can also be saved by other simple measures such as monitoring the electricity and gas that we use or by only having one line on a lottery ticket rather than several.

It is useful to also check whether any credit cards can be transferred to new zero interest ones.

All the above measures can help to reduce our overheads and debt.

The important thing to remember is that anyone is capable of doing anything they set their minds to. We merely need to adopt a positive mindset and make changes to our lives in order to start reducing our debt.

Another means of reducing debt is by looking for ways to create extra funds.  One way to achieve this is by setting up your own business. There are many different opportunities available that can be started from home. This is particularly advantageous as there are very little start up costs and overheads.

All you need is self belief, finding the right opportunity and often a small investment that will lead to greater things in the future. Your business can be literally a small commute from your bedroom to your study. There is no dress code and you could merely turn up for work in a pair of slippers and shorts.

Many people don’t start their own business as they feel that they do not have sufficient funds. However many business opportunities actually have low start up costs.  It is surprising that if we were to again review our weekly costs and not only reduce on essentials but also on hobbies and non essentials, how the small amount of money required for set up costs could be achieved. As the saying goes “where there’s a will there’s a way”. Often something of a lesser value traded now could be rewarded for something of a greater value later.

However if you consider taking advantage of any of the  business opportunities available, it is crucial to thoroughly research the business  to ensure that it is a genuine opportunity and not a scam.

Finding a genuine business opportunity that is right for you can be life changing and be a big step in the process of eliminating your debt.

Whichever way you choose to reduce your debt be sure to act before the debt escalates out of control. Do not wait until it is too late… Do not be a boiling frog!
